Privacy

This is a demo site. Odelle is a fictional business, so no real personal information is collected, stored or shared. The notes below describe how a real version of this site would behave.

What the contact form collects

The contact form asks for a message, a name and an email address. On this demo it validates what you type and shows a confirmation, but nothing leaves your browser and nothing is saved.

How a live site would use it

• To reply to your note, and for nothing else.
• It would be kept for up to twelve months, then deleted.
• It would never be sold or passed to anyone who does not need it to answer you.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete anything held about you, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you are unhappy with an answer.

Analytics

This demo does not use analytics or advertising trackers. The small things it remembers, such as whether you have seen the welcome message, stay in your own browser.
